Is a README for Humans or for LLMs?
I stopped reading my own README at the tenth sentence. I split it: the visible body for humans, the facts for LLMs folded into a <details> at the end. Then I built a public canary repository to check whether AI assistants read folded contents. All five that could fetch the URL did. It is still a way of separating humans and LLMs.
