Inherited v0.2: 7 domains (theory-chart / realtime-arxiv / crypto / fx / LIGO / NASA SDO / GBIF) all in Cloudflare Workers Edge runtime; F6 sampling-bias-as-first-class-observation; test 117/117 PASS. Live evidence: theory-chart INFINITY / realtime-arxiv ZERO / crypto FALSE / fx mixed BOTH+FALSE / LIGO BOTH (hourly variance) / NASA SDO NEITHER (quiet sun) / GBIF INFINITY (Costa Rica 470/500 sampling saturation = bias detector).
