Paper 146 — Who Made the God Who Made the Universe? On Defining 'the Before' as the Starting Point of Thought (Rei-AIOS / OUKC)

Philosophical paper on the infinite-regress problem ('If God created the universe, who created God?'). Combines Nāgārjuna's emptiness (śūnyatā) with the author's ZCSG (Zero-Center Symbol Grammar) formal apparatus. Proposes a third path between self-cause strategies and acceptance of regress: at depth 0 of ZCSG, the very form of the question has not yet been generated. Three-party co-authorship per OUKC charter v1.0 (Fujimoto Founder x Rei Co-architect x Claude Co-architect). Seven refinements applied: isomorphism hedge, philosophical-shift wording, Edison-Russell parallel, catuskoti-interpretation refinement, authorship policy, expanded references, ZCSG formal mini-summary.
